Professional AMA flat track racer Matt Weidman has joined forces with Spay Neuter
Indiana Pets to
help reduce pet overpopulation. Matt races in the top professional
level of motorcycle dirt track racing called the
GNC Twins Series, he is a former AMA Pro Rookie of the Year and AMA Pro Basic Twin Champion.
Matt will be making
appearances at SNIP events in Indiana to promote the benefits
of spaying and neutering. One of our first posters is
shown above, this is Matt with
Echo who is deaf but sure seems to be enjoying her first photo shoot. Echo was rescued
by a family in Indianapolis who intervened when her owner decided to end her life since she wasn't mean enough to be a fighting dog.
As a part of this campaign, we are announcing the
"SNIP Pet Crew" and we invite you to be an inaugural pet crew member! Join with us in the effort to reduce the number
of homeless pets through supporting our spay / neuter programs. And for fun, the Pet Crew will follow spokeperson
#20 Matt Weidman's 2010 racing season, cheering on an up and coming racing superstar! Pet Crew members will receive an autographed
poster, be invited to events throughout the racing season, including a meet n' greet with Matt at a restaurant the week of
the Indy Mile (August 2010).
T-shirts will be available, and you can post supportive messages for Matt before each race.
